To make our robust SIMNetwork even more convenient, Equinox has created a real-time SIM card management tool to activate, deactivate, replace or suspend your merchant SIM cards. This user-friendly web portal also adds a level of security by allowing you to suspend SIM cards that may be lost or stolen.

REPAIR

Equinox is committed to providing a high-level of service and support to our customers. More than simply a repair request and claim submission site, we created our Authorized Repair Facility (ARF) Support Portal to allow our customers to quickly obtain warranty information, download test software and product documentation as well as current price lists.

In fact, we created the Equinox Global Alliance Technical Support Portal—and our proprietary Equinox Developer Toolkit—to make it even easier for our customers to create custom applications to meet their specific needs.
