Application Description: SPOS32 is Equinox Payments' robust and feature-rich payment application for use in retail and restaurant environments. The application provides merchants with the ability to accept customer's payment from a variety of sources including credit cards, contactless, EBT, debit, checks, and EMV. The application can be extensively configured and has the ability to interface with major processors and ISO's. SPOS32 maintains cardholder security and is qualified with PCI PA-DSS.
Version Description: Version 3.3 enhances EMV card acceptance with the S9SC PIN pad allowing the option of card insertion at the terminal or the PIN pad. The Electronic Cash Register (ECR) messaging interface is enhanced to support IP communications over Ethernet, WiFi, and GPRS. Contactless card acceptance is enhanced to accept transactions from the VP5000/m, VP4800, and VP8100 ViVOtech devices.
