Equinox is committed to providing a high-level of service and support to our customers. Support is provided directly from our repair facility in Mexico.

Equinox devices serviced by the Equinox Repair Team ensure that only correct Luxe hardware and components are used. Equinox provides all repair services related to hardware and component defects. Coverage Plans include Manufacturer’s Warranty, Equinox Care Warranty, and Equinox Care Plus Warranty.

Equinox will work with retailers and/or any third-party installation and support vendors of your choice to define the ideal support model and associated SLAs across your footprint.
